Bananana

I love pisang so much. First because it is yellow! The colour makes me wanna eat it!
I found that banana have a lot of benefit , for skin also.
So i'll try to find whether banana are good for skin.
Sebab nak elak makan all those collagen yang jual dekat luar sekarang.
Pernah try aura white and etc, but people ada cakap, dia ada side effect in the future. Takut la pape kan. Collagen banyak sangat pun tak elok, right?

So kita try, nature beauty from the inside. Eating fruit and veggy.
Sayur ni lemah sikit nak makan mementah. Salad tu biasa la, kalau kangkung blend dengan carrot pastuh minum, urghh, tak boleh la.
Buah kalau blend, boleh lagi. Sebab ada rasa manis.

And here, aku dah try buat banana smoothie, everynight minum. Tahu apa jadi? Skin muka makin halus, jerawat tak naik. Wow okay?

Simple je buat banana smoothie,
Pisang, milk, ice and cocoa powder (if you want ) then blend sampai hancur.

Ni kebaikan makan pisang for skin
1) Melembabkan kulit.
2) Mengatasi minyak berlebihan. I have an oily skin, memang ada kurang kan makan oily food, tapi lepas sebukan dah try makan smoothie ni, kulit dah tak berminyak dah.
3) Hilangkan jerawat. Ni memang betul la. Serius, kalau makan apa apa goreng, esok mesti naik jerawat. Tapi after pisang hari hari blend minum, jerawat tak naik. (Ada sekali naik, sebab period)

Banyak lagi benefit pisang, nak tonyoh kulit pisang dekat muka pun boleh. Petua for skin.
