Resepi Masakan : Ayam Masak Bali / Chicken Bali (Curry, lemongrass and without coconut milk)

Hai ! Its sunday today.
Rest day today. Usually if i have time during my rest day, i will blog. So yeah, today im gonna share recipe.
Chicken Bali. In Malaysia its called Ayam Masak Bali.
It's so easy!

So lets try.



Ingredient
Chicken
Tumeric powder
salt
1-2 Lemongrass
Curry leaves (But i didnt have this, its okay)
Water
1- 2 spoon Chilly paste (if you want spicy)
Kicap (Tapi tak letak pun)

To blend :
3 Onion
3 - 4 Garlic
1 inc Ginger


Step 1:
First, you have to fry , goreng the chicken that had mix with turmeric powder and pinch of salt.




Step 2 :
While you fry the chicken, take another pan,  tumiskan minyak untuk paste.
Put oil in pan, put the ingredient that had blend together.
Put lemongrass, ketuk serai sebelum masuk dalam kuali.
Bagi dah pecah minyak, masukkan serbuk kari dan daun kari, but i dont have curry leaves, so tak letak.
Its okay, as long as you have curry powder, then its okay.

Step 3 :
Lepas dah pecah minyak, masukkan garam,gaul dan masukkan ayam yang dah goreng.
Kalau tak cukup garam, boleh tambahsikit, and rasa okay ke tak. Then dah menggelegak, dah boleh angkat. So simple kan?



Macam aku, aku nak bagi kuah sikit, aku letak air, tak bagi kering sangat




Ini gambar sebena, ayam masak bali aku, sikit beza,
aku masak ada kuah sikit, tak kering, tiada daun kari, tapi ada serbuk kari.
Kicap manis tak letak, sebab tak nak manis. Itu la beza sikit dengan resepi lain.
