1) Simit
A lot of simit sell in istanbul.
When i went to istanbul, they have original bread call Simit or you can choose flavor Nutella.
2) Fish Sanwich
Fish sandwich also famous in Turkey that you have to try.
The fish had been cut the head and had taken out the bone.
The fish sandwich include salad, onion, some herbs, squeeze of lemon and other ingredient.
You cant get this fish sandwich at other street food.
3) Kunafa
Kunafa is a traditional arab food made of shredded phyllo dough spread with cheese or thickened cream then it will soaked in sweet sugar syrup. Its is so delicious, i prefer to have just several drop of sugar syrup, because turkey's people like to eat sweet dessert.
4) Icecream turkey
Turkiye's icecream is called Dondurma.
The seller will play , pranking, joking and do some tricks around before he gave you the ice cream. Its irritating but this is the only street food ice cream that prank people.
I discover that the icecream less melt than normal ice cream. The texture is more thick than a normal icecream. The icecream can be stretch.
